Great stay.

This was a really great stay and great location if you need to be close to the canals or the jetty for the boat hire. Only 4 stars as you have to clean and pack away the dishes yourself before you check-out at 10am. Not the easiest task if you have a family breakfast in the morning before you depart.

I don’t usually write reviews but thought I’d share our family experience here. Property was amazing, clean and perfect for our family. The area is perfect for walking and easy access to shops and restaurants. Only gripe we had was a resident next door knocked on the rear door and complained we had the music to loud. We have a baby so we are not party people by any stretch and it was 6pm coming from the TV. We didn’t make a big deal and we immediately turned it down as it seems there are many elderly residents here and we respect that. But what was disappointing was the next morning at 7am we had gardeners mowing and whipper sniping our area with no notice or regard. Again we just let it go. When we checked out we were not asked how our stay was or if there was anything that needed attention etc because the host was “busy” on the mobile phone. We have stayed at Ivory Palms many times which is near by and always loved our stay and the hospitality we kind of regret not going there as we wanted to give this place a go. Unfortunately we won’t be back or recommend family staying but we most definitely be back at Ivory Palms. Much more family oriented and friendly this place better suited to retirees.

Hi,Im sorry you have had a less than ideal experience at our resort. Our mowing contractor comes every two weeks to ensure that our Resort is maintained to the high standard it is. Contractors in the Noosa Council area are restricted from begining work prior to 7:00am, however there is no restriction from works starting after this time. As you can appreciate, outdoors work in Queensland can get quite hot, so they tend to do this work early in the morning before the heat of the day.We do like to have a chat with guests as they check out, however as we are a small front office and always have jobs around the Resort, all of our land line calls are diverted to our work mobile so that we can be as available for enquiries as possible. It is unfortunate that we were on a call as you were checking out, however we could have tried to address your concerns if we had been made aware of them at the time.ThanksNoosa Entrance

Our family had a really relaxing 3 night stay at Noosa Waterfront Resort. The property was great for our family of five. We loved the water view of the canal and we enjoyed sitting out on the back deck. Easy walking distance to shops too, which was great.

Lovely resort with 3 pools and the villa was perfect for a family of 4 adults.
