Beautiful property, lovely rooms, spacious and close to the shops. Nice pool and tennis courts. We really enjoyed our stay.

Close to everything. Walking distance to Noosa Junction and Noosa beach.

The door handle was very loose, did not feel secure.

Great location with good amenities. Would stay there again. Only negative would be the noise durin the day from renovation works in another apartment.

Good property.
Service needs to be addressed.
Not acceptable.
Rooms need to have better care taken off in respect of Air condition and dish-washing machine, both were broken.
One remote control and the other door handle.
Old and barely functioning.
Room supply need to correspond the days you are Booked for and not just one day as was supplied to us.
Going to reception every day for sugar and tea is defiantly unacceptable.
Room service needs to be at least every 2 to 3 days not ones every 8 days.
We staid 7 days and had no room service at all.
Rooftop spar should have a sunblock cover.
It can not be used during the day time at all.
To hot.
Umbrella can not be open because of the high winds.
Good apartment but grossly overpriced given the position and the in apartment condition.

Thank you for your review and feedback Victor. It is unusual that the items in the room are not working, this is not how we would operate and if there is ever an issue in a unit we like to address it immediately so that it doesn't impact our guests stay. As you mentioned, if you do stay 8 nights or more you will receive a mid stay service which would be on the 3/4th day as you stayed for 7 you missed the mid stay service. We are always happy to assist with amenities and give out to our guest as requested if requiring anything additional or top ups. The rooftops can be warm in summer time, but also nice to enjoy in the evenings. I am sorry the weather stopped you from being able to use the umbrella which does assist in providing additional shade. We thank you again and hope to welcome you back to the Resort in the near future, The Noosa Hill Team.

Outstanding apartment near Noosa Junction, with all the comforts of home and beautiful facilities. Customer service was excellent too!

Safe and comfortable accommodation. Unit a little tired. close to shopping and dining areas.
