Séjour décompressant et revitalisant sur la Sunshi

Hotel idéalement situé avec une vue sur mer superbe. Les magasins et restaurants sont à vos pieds. Parking voiture large et facile d'accès. Petit bémol la salle de bain qui n'est pas pratique sans douche téléphone et accès difficile voir impossible pour des personnes âgées. Le moins est surtout le réseau internet qui n'est pas gratuit. Vous n'avez le droit qu'à une heure avec un quota de borne passante très réduite. Même pas suffisant pour suivre vos comptes.

Not advisable -Last resort apartments

The hotel was opposite the beach with a great surf club near by. The apartments were dated, rusty and dirty, the floors obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a while when I walked bare foot my feet were filthy in seconds. It was a good job I noticed before putting my shoes back on. No room cleaning and we had to clean and take the rubbish out before we left. The apartments are noisy from the main roast all the time and the billboard sign out up the rooms all through the night. I would not recommend a stay here it is no way 8.4 this must be a self applied rating.

The location is great, right across from the beach. The management were good to deal with. The unit itself had problems. The dryer didn't work, a light was out in the bathroom so it we couldn't use the mirror at night for hair and makeup, and the hot tub outside was not hot. The manager said he'd turn up the heat but it was still very luke warm when we tried to use it thereafter. In May when the weather is cool, the hot tub should be "hot" please. The building was very clean but had a foul odor once you got into the life and down in the carpark. Very septic smelling. Secure parking was good and it was quiet, no loud guests. I liked the little kitchen and the big t.v.

Hi GinaThank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the dryer was not working, and a light bulb was out, I hope that you informed the Manager at the time that this happened, I'm sure he would have tried to rectify this.As for the spa pool, there may have been issues at the time but have now been fixed, I agree a spa should be hot especially with the temperature cooling down.Unfortunately, we can't do much more than we do now in regards the smell in the lift and carpark, there is water that runs under the building and can become stagnant and when it rains, it flows better but causes a smell, as it gets washed out.Kind regardsChristine

The property position suited our requirements, close to beach food ect. Nice, small compact complex. Would definitely book again.

A very helpful property Manager - beautiful property with washing machine and dryer, ocean view. Close to the beach. 5 min walk to the surf club. Great pool and hot spa. Suited our purpose for a relaxing holiday. Central to Moolooaba and Marochydore.

All good apart from entrance lock us oldies can't read it to get in , lady in the office most helpful
