Had a good stay. Location was great. Daughter loved the pool. Room was good and comfortable overall. Room would benefit a deep clean as it was very dusty under the bed, under the furniture and harder to reach spot.

The door lock on our unit needs replacing. We had to stand there fiddling with it to open it every time we wanted to enter. In arrival we had to get the staff to come up and show us how to do it to get it open. Bathroom floors need a good clean. Shower leaks an excessive amount of water under the shower door in to the floor. One bath mat was drench within seconds. Making the floor very slippery. We were pressured to watch the one hour presentation of hotel timeshare and promised a $100 hotel free spend at in their restaurant. That we would receive within 20mins to an hour after the presentation. This holiday was with my 14yo granddaughter as a special treat. We dinned at the restaurant on the first night and the food was amazing (pork belly). U enquired again and again after the voucher and was promised itheyd follow it up again the next day. Again to no avail. We dinner our second night in their restaurant as the food and service and atmosphere was awesome. Still no Cochise as promised. After asking again I was told I it was a Woolworths shopping vochure I would receive which then took another 2.5 days to receive (apparently their was an error when they entered my email address yet I had received the booking reservation etc to the same email. Staff were always friendly but being mislead about the voucher put a damper on our stay.

Positive-great location, lovely inground pool and beach within a couple of minutes’ walking distance from the hotel. Room from improvements-the hotel should consider room service at least every alternate day. As a minimum they can have their cleaning team replace the towels and empty the garbage bins. They should also consider proper maintenance and cleaning of rooms on a regular basis. Bathroom certainly needs maintenance to ensure there is no mould on tiles and especially toilets. There was certainly a thick build-up of mould indicating the toilet was not cleaned properly for a while resulting in us having to clean it when transferred from a separate room in the evening due to some issue with the air conditioning. The previous room was really outdated, very small and smelly. I booked the Queen Bed Hotel Room. Based on the photo on the website, amongst other things, it had full ocean view, The one that was initially assigned to us by the Hotel had partial water view. Also, there was no chair in the room as opposed to the photo on the website. Among some of the features, were the following: More • Desk • Energy-saving switches • Fresh bed sheets (on request) • Fresh towels (on request) • Iron/ironing board • LED light bulbs • Limited housekeeping • Phone • Recycling bin • Weekly housekeeping Limited housekeeping and weekly housekeeping can be confusing. Also, when I requested for fresh bed sheets, the receptionist advised me that they will charge me for it.

This property was great for a mid week getaway not far from home. Our apartment needed a refresh. Just felt old and not really clean because it was old. More so in the bathroom including the shower curtain. The locks on the door were with a key which was good but the locks themselves felt insufficient. Loved the pool area and lots of seating around the pool. Restaurant isn’t open for breakfast during the week. Menu very expensive at night so we didn’t bother dining. We were given a late check of an extra hour which was nice. Would go back for sure as the price was reasonable

Where i stayed was the oldest building, while it presented well in the room the hallways leading from the foya to the room was dark and erry. The food and drinks are way over priced. The check in and out was straight foward, the receptionists was lovely. 3 to 4 star from me.
