Perfect getaway spot
Posted Nov. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayLadies weekend away. Great location and the house was perfectly set up for a relaxing weekend. Super stylish, well equipped and very comfortable. The enclosed balcony (screens) area was a favourite. Highly recommend!

A magnificent get away !
Posted Nov. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Haven. A beautiful, well appointed home with all ameties provided. The ferry access was easy and fast. Access to the beach was quick. The pool and spa center was excellent. We plan to be back again soon !

Posted Oct. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house was lovely. Maybe alittle too large for our family of 5, although the children enjoyed playing hide and seek in all the rooms.
Clock needs batteries and TV had lines going through it occasionally (a previous review mentioned this also I believe). Although it was quite secluded, we were not used to living in a gold fish bowl with no draps or privacy screens. .
My husband did actually slip getting out of the bath whilst showering our son and badly sprained his ankle and fracturing his toe. Please note that the shower screen over the bath is not fixed. He has had 2 ½ weeks off work because of this. An accident indeed, but raising awareness so it doesn't potentially happen again, or worse.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side during our side and it rained for most of it and so we choose to have a stay at the house day. Luckily we had brought some board games and things to occupy the children, but some more family friendly games might be a suggestion. We found some games that had been thrown into a basket drawer and were not organised and I'm not even sure if they were full sets.
The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, the swimming pool and games room was fun also.
For us, this was a luxury stay and so won't be returning, however would recommend.

We endeavour to keep our property in good condition, safe and all equipment in good working order.
Re the bathtub, this us the first complaint in 4 years about the hinged glass screen as its purpose is clients can have it open if bathing and closed when showering to keep most of the water inside the glass screened area.
Re privacy, all 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms have privacy blinds.
Yes the living area windows are not covered as we are in an eco resort and our clients usually like the eco bush outlook which clients come here to enjoy and our photos online show what we offer.
Re the clock, I replaced the batteries only a few months ago, the problem is that kids swap batteries quite often when they need new ones.
Re the tv lines, yes another client mentioned lines and had the local TV Magic tech vist and check out the tv set. He tried all settings, free to air and internet tv, his verdict was free to air tv was good, all local channels worked well.
The internet tv was mostly ok depending on which channels were selected, some internet tv was weak but this happens at our residence in sunshine coast sometimes as well.
This TV Magic tech visit cost about $195 + ferry and he said that the tv didnt need replacing.
Re the games sets, we have supplied 3 full sets, anything could happen when children are playing with them.
Yes maybe we need to change them, we will do so soon.

Great family time

Get place for family connection. We enjoyed games and food at the house, then played tennis, basketball, swimming, walking and still more options. Loved the roos, lizards, birds and frogs. Would stay again.

Posted Jul. 13, 2024 on HomeAwaystayed 2 nights and had a wonderful stay.house was clean and comfortable and only 5 min from beach. Hosts where great and the location is beautiful.would recommend for any age group as there’s a leisure centre with games room,pools and tennis court. Fantastic place.

Lovely home
Posted Jun. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayHuge home, plenty of room for large group. This property would suit families that love all water activities, just pack up a weeks groceries and enjoy the river or ocean its all there or bush walking. Or relax at the house which is nestled in bush land and use resort facilities. Car ferry from Noosa takes 2 minutes to cross over river and cost $10 each way per car.
