Great place for family. Walking to the nicest beach and facilities convenient nearby. Good dining around. Highly recommend it.

Property is nice, large appartments for family of 6. We did however find small pieces of glass on the carpet and old food, which was disappointing. Overall a great stay. Kids loved the pool area and bowling next door made it easy for rainy days

Amazing accommodation... close to the beach able to walk everywhere...
Family friendly, 3 pools, tennis court and close to a park and ten pin bowling...

Internet scratchy, no sound on main tv, no smoking in complex at all, no ocean view very obstructed

The unit you stayed is was newly renovated with a brand new 70Inch TV, working perfectly. Also you had booked a Non smoking reservation, this was also explained on your arrival and also stated in your original booking from when you booked. You breached this policy several times with other guests contacting us about the smell disturbing their holiday. We had kindly asked for this to stop and to use the dedicated smoking area.

The view was amazing, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were fantastic, and it had the best (real) sauna of any hotel I've visited in Australia.
Hotel staff were polite, the apartment had everything I needed, and it was just a two minute walk past the lake to reach the beach - where there were multiple restaurant options and a botte-o. There is also a major shopping centre about 5 minutes drive up the road.
As it was a working trip, the desk area was quite useful, although the Wi-Fi left a little to be desired for my needs. Foxtel on the TV was a great way to keep the little one entertained too!
If you're a fan of 10-pin bowling, there is also a bowling alley right next door (not that you'd know it from the room, as you never heard anything from there).
