Paradise on earth! Hôtel exceptionnel

Hôtel idéalement situé en bord de plage face à la mer. Les studios cotés rue sont aussi très confortables car la rue est surtout piétonne et les voitures roulent lentement. Hôtel fraîchement rénové en parfait état, piscine splendide, personnel attentif, localisation au top pour profiter de Noosa et ses environs (ferry, national Park, main beach, Hastings streets restaurants and shops). 5 stars well deserved!

Thank you for a great stay. We had a staycation for our birthday and it couldn’t have been better. The room was very nice, the location great and so many close by dining options. Thanks again for a great staycation!

Amazing Hotel & Staff

Amazing & helpful staff! Charlotte went above & beyond to accommodate us! Beautiful scenery from the pool area! There are rooms that also face the ocean!

Disappointed

We have stayed here before, this time although we were aware of Tiling maintenance in the works, the tilers were creating noise the was not necessary around the pool area. One morning of our 4 day stay at 9:00am we when to have breakfast, but no food available although in our daily package. Breakfast was to be till 9:30am Staff did apologise but did not look for an alternative or compensation. The bed in room 107 was falling to bits, the kitchen sink tap loose, fridge hasn't got a door to the freezer section. The skirtings are rotten, coffee, sugar etc not replenished. very disappointing. Although a great location, for off season, very expensive!!!

We deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered.I am sorry that there were some miscommunication regarding the tiling’s areas and the risk of noises due to the refurbishment. We have tried our best to express it over our online travel agent. Regarding the breakfast incident, we apologize for the lack of food available this specific day. Just to mention, our complimentary is an adding value to our guest but not included in the room rate. We do not advertise an ending time as we know that some days it can go quicker than others. Furthermore, we are sorry to hear about the maintenance issues in the room, including the condition of the bed, the kitchen sink tap, and the refrigerator. All our mattresses have been changed last October, so this is very unexpected. This is certainly not indicative of the standards we strive to uphold, and we will actively work to rectify these issues promptly.Your comments regarding the state of the skirtings and the replenishment of amenities have also been noted, and we will ensure these aspects are thoroughly reviewed and improved.We value your loyalty as a returning guest and apologize that we fell short of providing you with a satisfactory experience this time. Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to addressing these issues to enhance the experience of our guests.We would welcome the opportunity to restore your faith in our hotel and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for a more enjoyable stay in the future.
