Although my booking was for 2 people, I had to pay extra for the 2nd person. I also had to ask for towels as there were none in the room.

The second person was not charged for staying in the room. Our breakfast is complimentary and we give the free breakfast to only one person in a room. The second person will have to pay for his or her breakfast. That is the hotel's policy. On the towels, we fold towels and put on the beds to avoid dust settling on the towels.Mr Robert's claim is unfortunate but we still would like to apologise if the towel wasn't in the bathroom as he wished.

Stay only if you have to

The location was close to city centre. Taxis readily available. No eating facilities. Television had limited channels. No air condition, just a ceiling fan. No thrash cans or bins in the room. No hot water. Mattress and pillows very uncomfortable to sleep on. Soap provided appeared used by previous occupant. Towel provided did not appear clean.
