I would have given five stars....Unfortunately we had a burnt out light bulb in the bathroom, a stained shower curtain, toilet seat kept coming loose. The coffee was always running out in the lobby. I also almost got double charged after check out.

We were disappointed with the pool room. It was clear that it hasn't been maintained properly, with rusted metal components and an overall lack of upkeep. The experience did not align with the price we paid, and we expected better conditions.

Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel experience a very low rating. When we arrived to our room, it hadn’t been cleaned, the bed wasn’t made, there was garbage left throughout and items left behind related to the previous evenings “activities” While an effort was made to clean the room, and the front desk attendant was accommodating, we couldn’t get past our initial impression. Thankfully we were funded for our stay. A little alarmed overall considering it was a $300/night hotel stay.

The property was fine, they had no one at the front desk either checking in or out. Also no beverages other than coffee for breakfast, no milk for cereal and no syrup for waffles.

Spacious room near Duluth for family

Spacious room, sofa bed, not very comfortable. Air conditioner broke down once or twice. Breakfast was a little stale. Could use a general upgrade overall throughout the entire hotel. But a solid stay
