Superior stay in Superior Montana

Property management people were great to work with and in a timely manner.
Looking forward to returning, as we have family living in Superior.

Family reunion

Get ready for a shake down by the Property Manager

After staying at the property and following the written instructions onsite including cleaning it and taking trash cans to the street, we were charged nearly $500 for a new spa cover because the spa cover would not close. (Not because it was misused in anyway.) Then, the Property Manager has the audacity to claim that we should never have used the spa (even though the written documents on site say nothing to the contrary and they say to use the spa by following the rules) and they claim there was a lock on it which is pure fiction. Don't bother. Move on. I'm fighting this one out of principle!

We would like to address your concerns about the hot tub. It's important to note that the hot tub is not a part of the vacation rental and is not intended for guest use. The lid was locked for the safety of both our guests and the hot tub itself, and unfortunately, unauthorized use resulted in damage, leading to the need to file a claim. Our intention is to ensure that all our amenities are maintained in the best condition possible for our guests.
We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding our policy, and we will take steps to make it clearer for future guests. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve our guest experience.

A Superior Montana find!

Superior home
Publié le 28 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe loved this place! Kitchen and living room open concept was perfect. The space worked great for our group and fit what we needed. The property manager was extremely helpful in answering all my questions (we were traveling with 2 babies) and they were kind and quick to respond.
The view across the river was beautiful. It is only minutes from a small grocery/hardware store.
Of note, there isn't a drip coffee maker there, just Keurig.
We would definitely recommend staying here if you're interested in a relaxing getaway :)

Very Comfy and lots of room
Publié le 17 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis is a great home with a ton of room. Very large, super clean, great view and location. The home is cozy, yet large, great for a big family or group of friends. Very well stocked with all the things you need. Beautiful view off the back decks - yep two very comfy decks to relax and take in the scenery... fun quite little mountain town... A Great place to relax and enjoy some down time...
