We had a great stay. It was clean and exactly as the listing describes. The beds were soft and freshly laundered. Close to Duluth and many restaurant options nearby in superior. Will stay here again.

We have family in Duluth and this is our second time staying at this house and we love it! It’s perfect for a big group

This was a perfect spot for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and pets. Beds were comfy and bedding was nice. Everything was very clean. We particularly loved having a kitchen because we cooked several of our meals here. The dining room was spacious and perfect to share our meals. I enjoyed sitting on the sun porch each morning with my coffee and dogs watching the world wake up and being able to let my family sleep in without disturbing them. We had everything we needed for our stay. Couple very minor things to note for future visitors: The fridge doesn’t have an ice maker (but a bag of ice was provided for us in the freezer which was super nice). The island in the kitchen and the bench by the entry way both have doors that fall off if you bump them, they appear to be missing a pin. We were able to put them back on without much effort. The driveway can only hold one car and then your need to street park. There is a lot of glass and more delicate decorations throughout the house, if you have more rambunctious children, this may not be the place for you. Our kids did just fine and it is a beautifully decorated space. This was one of the nicer places we have stayed on our adventures and we do not hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

Stayed to run Grandma's Marathon. Location convenient to downtown Duluth. Loved the sun porch and all of the decor. The owners definitely have decorating talent! Would definitely rent again.
