Excellent Location

Plenty of room in the home and very comfortable living room furniture with a nice sized dining table. However, home is dated and needs a good deep clean and some updating in kitchen, bathrooms & electrical outlets. Beds range from soft to extra firm. Having to provide your own linens is a definite drawback as well as going outside, down the stairs and into garage area to access the 2nd full bathroom.

I'm disappointed we received a 3-star review. We have never received a review that low. We ask all guests to let us know if they are any concerns. We never were notified there was an issue with the house. If we knew there were concerns, we would have corrected the concerns immediately. We take pride in our guests having an enjoyable and memorable vacation.

Nice place
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and nice. There were a lot of sand spurs in the yard which our dog hated of course but I know that can be normal at most places at the beach.

We appreciate the 5-star review. We sympathize for the sand spurs. We have tried many ways to eliminate them. We will keep trying. WitWe would recommend bringing your pets out the street side exit to use the completely covered front which has very little sand spurs.

Great home extremely close to the beach.
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our family vacation despite being shortened by Tropical Storm Debby. The house was clean and well stocked. The location was a very short walk to the beach. Byron was a great host with great communication and service. We hope to be back again soon.

Wonderful & great location

The house was a close walk to the beach, had plenty of space indoors & for parking, and had all the necessities when it came to cooking. It was very clean & the extra refrigerator & bathroom downstairs came in handy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this home.

First time at Holden
