19-Nov-19 RM 610 The reception Ms Santi was very helpful when I wanted to print a document to sign & that i had to urgently email back home.
She suggested to print, let me sign & then scan for me.
And everything was done in 10mins.
I really appreciate her initiative and excellent attitude to helping her guests.

Comfortable stay
Publié le 30 sept. 2019 sur HotelsHotel clean, modern and well maintained with zany decor. Staff really helpful and most speak reasonable English, not common in Borneo. We just had overnight stop so can't comment on location. Dinner in the restaurant was good as well. Happy to recommend Artotel.

Good exp staying here
Publié le 8 août 2019 sur HotelsConcierge was helpful, quick to respond. One thing about the hotel, they play music in the hallway. You can barely hear it in the room, but still, you can hear a little bit of it. Room was clean, AC was cold. Liked it!
