Spacy room with wide bed and nice shower room

Pour : spacy room, wide bed, spacy shower room. easy to be used shower head
Contre : They did not change my bed sheet and pillow covers although I stayed there for 9 days. They should change at least 2 days once.
Emplacement : The location is very good, in the center of the city. There are many restaurants nearby and it is near Tunjungan Plaza/Sogo Mall.
The hotel keeps their old spacy room which made my mother be able to stay comfortably since my mother is using wheel chair. The bed is wide and comfortable. The shower room is also spacy and the shower head is easy to be used. However, the elevator is a little small, so it was a bit difficult for us to get on the elevator with wheel chair. I like Cendana Hotel and I want to stay there again. It is being renovated now and I hope they do not change the room size and the shower room design /style. I hope they also think to make disabled and elderly or infants be able to stay in the hotel comfortably.

I always stay here that I visit to Surabaya , cendana hotel near of tunjungan plaza mall and also wisata culinary of food. Good service excellent , cheap rate. I recomended this hotel for everyone. Fiendly stafff also and breakfast variety menu.

Overall a good hotel.

Pour : The hotel bell boys are helpful. Taxi is always available at the doorstep.
Contre : The hotel doesn't do up the rooms until told to.
Emplacement : The Tunjungan Mall is nearby. Good location.
The receptionist needs to acquire more knowledge about local places of interest for the benefit of tourists.
