Nice location with hotel situated next to shopping mall. Excellent service provided by hotel staff.

This property exceeded my expectations even for the Westin brand. I was thoroughly pleased. I even had the red carpet rolled out although it was actually for the president lol.

We had a great stay at the Westin Surabaya. Excellent staff and very attentive service. Club lounge on the 39th floor was perfect for team meetings and a great place for a meal or drink. We look forward to visiting the property again.
