IGNORANT STAFF

I booked for 4 pax but when I called to inform that guests will be late, the reservations staff insisted that only 3 rooms were booked, I called three times. I had to ask hotels.com to call the hotel about my booking. That is a bad service to think that it was late in the night when my guests were supposed to arrive.

Best price for Ginger available on Hotels.com. Good place to stay at City center. Helpful staff. Let them know what you need well in advance and they will deliver with smile.

Convenient location

we didn’t realise the hotel is bang opposite Surat station when we booked as there are 2 ginger hotels. But it was not noisy maybe as we were in a higher floor. From our room we got a great view of the hustle bustle below. It was convenient to reach anywhere and for the price it was a steal.

No Cleanliness

I always like Ginger hotels as they maintain the standard. This is the first time Ginger has disappointed me.The room was dirty and it was dusty, the bed sheet had dust , the table, all furniture had dust settled that means they did not wipe furniture. i had to ask them to clean the room and i m not sure if the cleaning staff was trained. the cabinet had no door.i was planning another stay but i don't think i will recommend my colleagues
