We are located in SURF BEACH PHILLIP ISLAND

Cosy, comfortable coastal living at an affordable price. Enjoy a true Phillip Island experience in this neat 2-bedroom bungalow. Location, Location, Location; follow the sound of the waves for 600 metres down to one of Phillip Island’s sandy surf beaches - Surfies Point. Ideal accommodation for families, couples or solos seeking a relaxing getaway.

The bungalow provides a range of facilities to suit all guests. The master and tri-bunk bedrooms sleep up to 5 occupants. The fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher allows home-cooked meals and the washing machine is perfect for the longer stays. We provide a number of extras that you wont find elsewhere. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, condiments, toilet paper, soap, split-system heating & cooling, Chromecast, DVD player and board games.

SURF BEACH offers family friendly swimming, popular surf breaks and a long stretch of sandy beaches. The Bungalows makes a great base for Phillip Islands hottest attractions. The Moto GP track is just a 5-minute drive away and the Penguin Parade a further 10 minutes. A 10-minute drive for groceries/restaurants at either Cowes or San Remo.
Walking distance from a bottle shop, coffee & pizza vans, public transport & bicycle tracks.

Magnificent experience
We had a great experience here. The place was cosy and clean. The kitchen was fully equip and the lounge had games and dvds to make the stay more enjoyable. The location was brilliant, a 5 minute walk to spectacular views of the ocean. Kim was great to communicate with which made the trip easy and relaxing. Highly recommended, we will return!

We loved our stay so much!
Our family stayed here with our little doggie and we loved our stay! Everything from the cleanliness of the property, the lovely setup with everything provided that was needed, the ease of communication with the owner to the walking distance to Surf Beach (and yet the house is in a wonderfully quiet location) was outstanding. As small dog owners, we really appreciated the secure backyard, we loved the verandah to sit and watch the sun set. The great quality outdoor shower and the clothes line with pegs provided and access from the car was extremely helpful to wash the sand off, and we loved the fact that on the extreme heat day that we arrived, the air con was on with the house wonderfully cool. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We found this place nice, comfortable, and with a great DVD selection, but overpriced. In another popular Vic tourist location, we paid a far more reasonable price (much less than what we paid here) for a much bigger house and yard, with the Stayz host opting not to charge a cleaning fee as that is what the nightly fee should to cover. We believe ourselves good tenants - quiet, clean and always go to lengths to ensure the house is spotless upon leaving, so we greatly appreciate the kind gesture of not charging a cleaning fee or refunding it if the place is left spotless. It makes us more inclined to be repeat customers. Patchy wifi, which hopefully will now be made a bit clearer in the listing. There are some great things to do on Phillip Island, and all are within a reasonable drive from this accommodation - e.g. Penguin Parade is roughly 15 mins - potentially longer if you get there close to sunset. We absolutely recommend going to this attraction during your stay.
