Family vaccay
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayReally wrapped with our stay! The house was awesome.. kids were in the pool for most of the day, then at night enjoyed the theatre room at night. Cooked a BBQ on one of the nights and loved sitting around the beautiful wooden table with bench seats and a couple of chairs enough to accommodate our family.
It was a beautiful spot where we walked to the beach and up to the Forrest caves on low tide and checked out the rock pools.
As far as I know we all had pretty good beds too.
The only problem was the holiday wasn’t Long enough!! Hope to return again.
Thanks Lucas for your hospitality too, absolute champ!

Very sub standard
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGood location. Pool and movie room are great. As for the rest of the property it leaves a lot to be desired. Oven and fridge were filthy dirty. The only heating for all the bedrooms upstairs wasn’t working. The downstairs bathroom had dripping taps.broken slippery tiles to get inside from the pool. Overall the property is badly in need of a lot of maintenance. Paid top price for a very poor property.

Wow 1 star! Granted the oven was a little dirty I admit that. Cleaners were under the pump and did miss that. As you know we had our first family holiday for some time so we weren't there to check on everything, so I apologise for that. As mentioned we were waiting on a part for the split system upstairs, we unfortunately can't help when things break down on occasion. To help with this I put 2 portable heaters in the house and on top of that the house has an additional split system downstairs, as well as a Coonara wood fire heater! I've checked taps and to be honest I'm not sure what you are talking about with this. I'm happy to accept and hear constructive reviews but to give 1 star when the majority of our reviews are 5 star is pathetic and just plain rude.

Enjoyable family Easter holiday
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time staying at the property. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool and home theatre. The property is a short and easy stroll to the rock pools and Forrest Caves, and a short drive to the Chocolate Factory and Churchill Island.
Communication with the host was always prompt and informative.

Publié le 3 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayAs indicated by my 5 Stars for all aspects of the property & the process of booking, this was a wonderful experience.
Lucas was a delight to deal with & the property was exactly as indicated in the listing, as were the photos very accurate.
We had 8 adults & 4 children as well as 2 dogs. Everyone agreed it was a terrific long weekend away. The Indoor heated swimming pool was great entertainment for the whole family & the Theatre room was such a fun experience.
The beds were comfy as were the couches & the fully fenced yard was secure for the kids to play & the dogs to roam.
Couldn’t recommend this home more highly.

House to entertain

Amazing Getaway

We could not fault anything! There was so much to do just at the accommodation with the home theatre, pool and spa!
Something for everyone!
Lucas and family were so amazing to deal with and nothing was an issue and even had the fire going for when we arrived!
