The translation of this is "Great Location, but needs a facelift."
We find this review perplexing as our entire condo has been recently updated. The only exception is our kitchen cupboards and counters which we are delaying as it would mean not renting to our long term winter snowbird tenants. #loyalty

Perfect spot!
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect spot right on the beach. Very easy walk to surfside pier. Having a pool for taking a break from the beach was key. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Had everything we needed. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe.

Makes me sad to have to leave every year.
Property manager is beyond awesome to work with.
