BRAND NEW FLOORING THROUGHOUT HOUSE AS OF FEBRUARY 2022. BRAND NEW 65" TV IN LIVING ROOM FEB 2022.
Coconut Treehouse, site 1080 is our personal family beach home located in the Holiday Inn section of the award-winning Ocean Lakes Community. It is wonderfully located just 5 houses (150 ft) from the Beach and 10 houses (250ft) from the Sand Dollar Lake! it is also located near the Ocean Lakes Recreation Center, Pool Areas, and Playground Areas.
We are different than other properties at Ocean Lakes in what we provide. For your $350 cleaning fee the house is fully cleaned before you arrive by a contract company, PLUS they provide all fresh linens and all bath towels and wash cloths (fresh, changed out between every renter, not washed onsite and reused). You only need to show up with your beach towels. And if you want to bring you own linens you can, but there will be fresh white ones on the bed when you arrive. It is not cheaper to bring your own as we must provide linens with each rental; they clean and provide linens, bath towels (16) and washcloths (16) for the house. Three less things to worry about trying to pack (linens, bath towels and washcloths).
THERE IS A $15 PER DAY PER VEHICLE CHARGE, THAT IS PAID TO OCEAN LAKES VISITORS CENTER BEFORE ENTRY IS GRANTED. IT IS PAID FOR THE ENTIRE STAY BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED ON OCEAN LAKES PROPERTY. NONE OF THAT MONEY GOES TO THE OWNER! THIS IS AN OCEAN LAKES CHARGE FOR EVERY VEHICLE ON PREMISES.
Our family beach home has 5 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. We have four queen beds and four double beds, and each bedroom has TV and direct access to a bathroom. Our dining table seats 8 with additional bar area for 4 more. We also have seating outside on either the upper balcony, middle deck, or lower concrete pad area.
During June, July, and August we only have weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Long Weekend or Monthly rentals are available from September through May.
This is a FAMILY Vacation Home. We maintain a very strict policy of NO SMOKING, NO PETS, AND NO HOUSE PARTIES. Our rules are enforced without exception and are not meant to restrict your vacation but to enhance your vacation! We are proud of our home and when we do not have guests this is where we stay. Clear and precise guidelines insure everyone has a wonderful place to vacation year after year!

Want a golf cart? Ask us about renting our custom-painted 6-person golf cart (it's a limo!) that is located at the house. Must be 21 to drive golf cart!

Best stocked house.
We spent Thanksgiving there and it was the BEST stocked VRBO we’ve stayed in. We stay in about 10-15 a year and we had the best communication and the best overall experience at this house.. Great location, great amenities and was great for our group of 11.

this is the second time we stay here and is great but this time we notice the house was not clean, terrace was dirty and had bottle caps from previous renters, kitchen also was not clean, coffee machine had dry coffee stains and filter was full off coffee. the fee for cleaning is really high to get these issues.

This house was perfect for our trip. One of the best stocked homes that I have ever rented. It was clean, organized and well appointed. The location was awesome, yards from the beach and central to everything. I highly recommend the coconut tree house.

Great Guys Golf Weekend!
The house was perfect for our group. Golf in the morning, beach in the afternoon. Plenty of beds for 8 guys, well stocked kitchen and less than a minute to be on the beach. Highly recommend!

Booked this property for an 8-person golf weekend and it did not disappoint. The home was very spacious and was in excellent proximity to the beach. Fair warning - the home is situated in a very large neighborhood/campground but the on site staff were very helpful in directing us to the right location.

The rental home accommodated 8 senior adult men with 8 beds, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Its location is an impediment to parties who are there just to golf because it takes 10 or more minutes to exit the development. The beds were too soft and noisy. The internet speed does not handle UHD movies; I encountered buffering and pop-ups suggesting to lower display resolution. The showers need non-slip mats.

Great location
My group of friends had an awesome time at this property, STEPS to the beach, it was perfect. The campground had all sorts of amenities from places to eat, a water park, a general store, pottery classes in the community rec area, they’ve thought of everything here. The property had vacuums to clean up sand halfway through our week’s stay, we spent all week in the open kitchen/dining room areas. Great place in Myrtle!!

A great house!
We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Perfect for our family of 10, including 4 small children. Close to the beach. However, we did not enjoy the crowd at Ocean Lakes.
