They overbooked for my stay 6/15-6/18 and cancelled my reservation 4 hours before check in. I missed the assumed spam call from Expedia and found this out at the front desk. Spent the next 2 hours on the phone with three different folks from Expedia to find a place to stay. This was the first time I had trouble with an Expedia booking, I will never use them again to book during a known busy time. Expedia blamed Wyndham, Wyndham blamed Expedia….

Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again.

Great vacation getaway!

Very nice 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. It was sparkling clean, very comfortable and well decorated. I was very impressed with the location. I only wish that one of the pools would have been adult only.

I was disappointed and not happy that I selected the option for a double bed and a double sofa bed. I called the office to confirm it and they said they had it available so select it and you’ll get it. Well when I came here and and checked in and got to the room it was a king bed and double sofa bed. Went back to the office and they said that’s all they had left. But I was told I was getting the room I selected on the Expedia app. So they told me it’s this much to get the bigger room since we didn’t have enough beds for us. So instead of paying the this much I paid for it ended up costing this much which I wasn’t happy about since I was told I was getting the room for the this much. No discount or free up charge which we should have gotten something for the mistake the office made
