Cozy beach cottage. Short walk to the beach! Family friendly.

Our Beach cottage is clean and comfortable. The porch has rockers and a picnic table. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, pots and pans, and dishes; dining for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a bathroom with a stall shower. We have a large den with a couch, recliners, and television with streaming services. The full bathroom with bathtub/shower is off the den. The second bedroom has a double bed with a closet and a TV. The back bedroom off of the kitchen has two single beds. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Golf cart usage is NOT included with the rental. Golf cart rentals are available through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars.

We strongly urge ALL renters to purchase vacation insurance. This will protect you should you have to cancel for any reason.

This is a cute little property…small, but good for what we needed! We have other family that camps here so we don’t stay at the house much. Bathrooms are a little on the small side but, again…for no more than we are there, it does a fine job! Alex is super nice and check in was a breeze! Overall, great time at family ties!

Ocean lakes dump!
I will never stay at 1258 in Ocean Lakes ever again. When we got there it was nasty inside. They offered to bring the cleaners back but it would take more than cleaners to help this place. The kitchen cabinets and everything in them were so old, nasty, we didn’t use anything in the house.the bed covers we nasty also. The floors in the house is not level anywhere. I could go on and on but no need. We also had to pay for parking and we’ve never had to do that before. I love the beach but staying at this place made things different..

This was the 2nd time staying in the house just 2 adults. It is just perfect for us 2 and we had a blast as always. Do wish it had a washer and dryer but definitely not a deal breaker. Definitely will be back.

This was my great grandparents camper turned into a house and I love everytime I get to go visit and stay. This house is the reason I change my mind about how I felt about ocean lakes! I use to not want to go but after my last two trips I have fallen more in love with it!!!

We were down for the Cruisin the Beach car show. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the rockers and grill. Only thing that would have made it better is a washer/dryer. I know there is a laundry facility in the resort, however after a long day at the show, it just would have been nice to kick back in the rockers and done laundry in the house.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Property owner was very helpful and kept us up to date on the hurricane that was coming in on our day of arrival. The house was nice and accommodating. Neighbors were nice and the area was quiet. We really enjoyed our trip. The only downside was the hurricane cancelled Halloweekend events but all in all we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property!
