Lovely 5 bedrooms and just steps to the beach

A gorgeous and well maintained elevated beach home in Ocean Lakes. This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, oceanview beach house sits 120 feet from ocean access on the wide road next to the Holiday Inn. It is located on site 1185 in Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach, which is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. Ocean Lakes is located about 10 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach and is the most complete oceanfront campground on the East Coast.

With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a recreation center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor olympic sized pool, kiddie pools, and water park, golf cart rental, three snack bars and an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffle board, skateboard park, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds on over 300 acres.

The house has three oceanview decks, an open living room/dining room and kitchen floor plan with high 10 foot ceilings and beautiful large ceramic tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker and a large serving bar. There is also a dining nook that seats 8 plus the bar that seats 3. There is also a 1/2 bath located next to the living room area. The master bedroom with a king size bed, private full bathroom, and ocean view deck is located on the lower level. The washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen.

The upper level has a center hallway with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two front queen bedrooms each have upper level deck access for ocean viewing. A third queen bedroom sits across from the bunk room. The bunk room sleeps four, with 2 twin beds & 1 full bed. All four bedrooms have convenient access to the two full upstairs bathrooms.

The house was also built with comfort in mind as it has two separate heat pumps for maximum cooling along with one large hot water heater so you don't have to take cold showers unless you want to.

The den and all bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, cable, and WiFi.

Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families and not a group of young singles under the age of 25.

Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes, you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly for parking pass.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 4:00 pm Saturday
Check out time is 10:00 am Saturday

A initial deposit of 20% plus a signed contract is required for reservation, and all money due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date for summer prime time rentals. During hurricane season in the event of a mandatory evacuation all unused days would be refunded.
