Loved our stay
Really enjoyed our beach escape in Surfside. It was a great getaway for our family. Enjoyed the deck and the view of the ocean. The place was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed.

We had an amazing time, the condo was exactly what I had anticipated and wanted for this bday get away for my mama.....we also included 2 of my aunts and everyone keep bragging on the accommodations. Will for sure be back for another stay at this place

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo was in such a great location. We were steps from the beach and had a great beach view. The condo was updated and very clean. Beds were really comfy. Most well- stocked place we have been to do far. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again.

5/5 Beach Retreat
We had an incredible stay at Surfside Beach. The condo was exactly as described, directly on the beach, where we enjoyed early morning sunrises and peaceful walks along the beach. Shoulder season was perfect for us - quiet and easy to get a spot at the local beachside bars and restaurants which were within walking distance. Inside the condo, we had everything we needed. Lots of space, comfy beds, great showers, and both streaming services and cable TV. The WiFi speed was great - one of us worked remotely the entire week without issue. Plus, you can’t beat taking meetings with the backdrop of the ocean view from Surfside Landing! Surfside is close to excellent restaurants in Murrells Inlet, and you can shop your heart out within a 20-minute drive. Michael, the owner, is a lovely and helpful host. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return, and recommend this property 100%.

Awesome Condo!
This is our new favorite place to stay! The owner was so easy to get in touch with, and he reached out to us to make sure that everything was okay. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was so clean and comfy! It had everything we needed. I especially loved sitting out on the balcony each day. Even though the weather was chilly, my son loved the pool. One of my favorite things was the elevator. It helped so much in getting our luggage to and from the room. The area was so nice and quiet and close to many restaurants and grocery stores/shopping. We really hope that we are able to stay here again in the future!

Great time at the beach!
The condo was beautiful! Owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The balcony was the perfect spot to take in the sunrise each morning and relax while listening to the ocean sounds. The elevator and cart to help with loading and unloading was an added extra nice touch. It was great being close to many local restaurants. Our family had the best time and can’t wait to make a return trip!

Friends Birthday Gathering
This is our 2nd time celebrating together at this location. We booked early to ensure we could stay here. It is like coming home. Peaceful, oceanfront accomodations that are clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated. It is convenient to Myrtle Beach, but far enough away to be on the beach without overcrowding. Great proximity to dining and shopping. Friendly neighbors and guest. The owner of the unit is very accommodating and responsive. We loved meeting him, his spouse and pooches in person, this go round! We can't wait till next year!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was lovely - well appointed and comfortable. Was very grateful for the higher chairs on the balcony. Anniversary Get a Way
My sister and I , along with our husbands took a 5 day get a way to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary's. The condo was very clean, updated with nice decor and very well equipped. The door wall and patio area had great ocean views..(only complaint is the couch needs an update ). the elevator was a Bonus too ! Michael , thanks for getting us in early, that was great! ... We will be back!

Piece of Paradise in Surfside Beach
Our family vacation stay at On-The-Beach Escape was absolutely spectacular! We visit Surfside Beach and have stayed in beautiful condos and homes for the past 40+ years. This condo by far, was the BEST! The hospitality of the owner Michael cannot compare to anywhere else. He was extra accommodating to our needs and treated us like royalty! Check-in/check-out was seamless. The absolute perfect place to stay for a vacation! The long list of amenities provided everything that we needed for our stay. Just a few steps to the pool area and the beach. The majority of our stay we had the pool to ourselves. It is a very peaceful and relaxing space to soak up some sun. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the comfortable balcony chairs with the best beach view! Furnishings/decor were beautiful and comfortable with a beach charm. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed and more. The location was the BEST - close to the Garden City Pier, Conch Cafe, amazing restaurants in Murrells Inlet, the airport, and Broadway at the Beach. We used Instacart for Aldi grocery delivery and Uber to get to/from the airport and dinner every evening. We highly recommend On-The-Beach Escape! We can't wait to stay in this piece of paradise again! It was a vacation dream come true! Thanks again for hosting us Michael!

This is the place to stay in Surfside Beach!
This is a fantastic condo that is somehow both close to everything and yet was so quiet it felt like your perfect secluded beach getaway. This was a great week stay with unobstructed oceanfront views from not only the balcony but the living room and kitchen. I had to work during this trip but the wifi was strong and I had no issues. The property is exactly as described in the listing and the pictures are accurate. The owner provided everything I needed for a beach day with chairs and even for a rainy day with books and games. The kitchen is better equipped than my own at home! I only used the master bedroom but the bed was very comfortable. The owner provided a welcome booklet that had tons of information on what to do and where to eat in the area. I can not forget to mention how beautifully decorated the condo is. Last but not least I felt very welcomed and had great communication with the owner. I look forward to my return to this property.

Condo was right ont he beach and was amazing!
The condo was spotless. It had every in-unit amenity I could think of for the kitchen and it was comfortable and nicely renovated. The contact by the property manager was fantastic. Quickly responded to texts and gave good recommendations for restaurants. I have never been to SurfSide and will definitely be back (for a longer trip) and hopefully this same unit will be available. Ease of check-in and great directions for everything we needed.
