I welcome you to my home! Just as your Grandma did!

We have a wonderful three bedroom, two bath condominium in the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina, and we would love to share it with you! Updates are done often!

Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups.
Fresh & clean condo! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Come enjoy the convenient first floor location in this beautiful condo! We want to make your vacation the best that it can be.

Living room - Full sofa bed
**Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children!

Towels & sheets are included for the # of guest when you book the condo. I do not charge for linens & towels for the number of people you say you have when you book. Outdoor chairs and umbrellas are in outside storage for you! I start the season with 10 chairs!
We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a three-night minimum during the off season.

VRBO and owner are not responsible for travelers choice of insurance. The $59. insurance is for damage/breakage in condo. Payments can be made thru VRBO .

Amazing sunrise views!
Everything was perfect with the condo, it was very clean and well stocked with towels and essentials in the kitchen. We loved spending time on the balcony to watch the sunrise and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. This was our first time staying in Surfside and really liked the location. You can walk to several restaurants at the pier.

Thanksgiving with the best view of the sunrise. ☀️
This choice to do Thanksgiving at the beach was hands down the perfect one. Arriving from different locations I was able to have this holiday with my husband and grown children. I was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving in this clean, well organized and equipped kitchen. There was not one dish or piece of cookware that I didn’t have access to that I needed. I had even brought many things from home just in case and didn’t need them. The balcony had a clear view of the morning sunrise and it’s just a quick walk to the new pier. About 6/10 of a mile-ish. We didn’t rent a golf cart - I quickly saw this would be an issue with parking it. But it was too cold to ride it anyway. In the warm months I would say it’s walkable to some of the surfside restaurants- about the same distance as the pier. Murrells inlet area is also a must do for fresh seafood and just 10 minutes down the road. The check in process and the communication with Melinda was fantastic. Easy check in and out. The door code is always a plus rather than keeping up with a key. I would come back to this location in the off season. I do not have little children and the pool is right below the balcony. So if you have kids - that’s a plus. I however would not choose this for us during peak season. Just my preference. But for this holiday it was perfect. Clean. Neat. And well organized. Excellent location , fully appointed condo with easy beach access. Melinda is incredible to work with and always responds promptly. This was our second year visiting and we plan to return next year. Plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive or walk, pristine beaches and quiet area. Great for walking or just relaxing.

I’ll start from the beginning, we were able to check in with ease and about 30 minutes before we were scheduled to. Everything was great and clean upon arrival. The area is so much better than staying in Myrtle. It feels like you’re no where near the busyness of Myrtle but close enough to partake if you want. The beach wasn’t crowded and was a lot cleaner than Myrtle is. Beds are really comfortable and the balcony is cozy. Our only gripes would be having no water dispensing out of fridge, no ramp beach access for pulling a cart and no dining table on the balcony. Long story short this place is 10/10 and we will be back!!! Thanks Melinda for a great week!

Beautiful condo and area!
Beautiful condo with everything you would need for your stay. The location of the condo is quiet, in between more bustling parts of the town, which is still walkable to enjoy. The unit is right above the pool area. This can be great for families but not so great for older folks who would like it on the quieter side during peak season. It depends on what you’re looking for and time of year.
