Many of our travelers keep notes on the hotels they stay during their trip and send back reviews when they return home.The room you stayed was rented two days before your arrival, and we can assure you, this room had been serviced beforehand.We keep a log whenever guests call for assistance or complaint. Inasmuch as we are just now hearing about the issues your raised from your visit on August 11, perhaps you've conflated this review for a hotel different than ours?We hope you'll revise your rating to reflect the standard of comfort and care we provided, and thank you in advance.

We stay here every year and love the location in Susanville. The staff at check-in were great and our room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, when we got to breakfast, there was not a lot of food left and they were not refilling so we had to find elsewhere.
