The room smelled like old smoke, there was dirt on the floor, and a dog barking in the next room for 3 hours

HI, Kathie.We are 100% non-smoking. We staff our hotel 24-hours a day to handle any issue that may come up that detracts from you complete satisfaction. We're sorry to not have heard from you while you were here so we could, at the very least, move you to a different room.It's sad for us to learn you won't be returning, but hope you'll reconsider next time you travel our way.
