Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner à prendre au restaurant en face.

Definitely a nicer spot in Susanville modern updates and loved the complementary breakfast at Lumberjacks right next to the hotel!

When I checked out and left my room keys she didn't Bother to mention that we got a coupon for breakfast across the parking lot at the restaurant till we found out from the nice lady who was going to seat us and she suggested that we go back to the registration and get one but I was just mad enough to not to do it so we paid for our breakfast and that was $30.00 so Maybe you need to talk to your staff and tell them to do a better job of handling your guests and We Will Not be staying at your hotels in the future

It was a little outdated, but the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff were nice and pleasant. Great for what we wanted. Breakfast was free and conveniently located across the parking lot. We came to Susanville to meet a nephew we had been looking for over 40 years. It was great. We will stay again.

I was to have double queen room, ended up with 1 queen and 1 twin, that's not the point. It was handicapped accessible. What if someone came after me and needed it.
Floor could have used a good mopping. Someone needs to relearn how to make good tight bed, with a bed skirt.
The pictures of the rooms in advertisements on the site are 100% better than the actual room.
On the plus side of things they gave breakfast coupons for breakfast next door.
Large parking lot, felt safe.
