Cabin in the woods
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice beautiful kitchen comfortable living room. Whole house was very very cold. The furnace was very loud and shook the room.

Thank you for letting me know on the furnace. The unit is only 4 years old so I am surprised by this. I will have it looked at by the company that installed it.

It Worked

Great stay in Sutton Bay
Publié le 8 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location, short walk to local beaches and attractions. Bike trail nearby and Hop lot within walking distance with fish town a 15 min drive away. Great house with bbq and fire pit. Family with two boys 6 and 10 had an awesome weekend !

Beautiful area
Publié le 26 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location was across the street from the beach and we enjoyed use of the bikes. Otherwise, the cabin smelled musty when we walked in and sheets were so mildewed, I slept on the couch.
We opened the windows and it helped some and hung all our blankets on the line outside the second night.

We are sorry the cabin did not meet your expectations. We spoke to our cleaning crew and discovered the sheets were left in the dryer for an extended period. We have addressed this issue. I wish we would have known about this right away because we have extra linens we would have provided. The cabin is an older cabin and making clean and comfortable for our guests is a priority.

Bay get away

Great communication
