The shower was amazing. Usually with hotel stays you get the water saver feature ( translate lousy water pressure!) Wow felt like a firm massage. Front desk clerk personable and friendly. The grounds are pretty and low key atmosphere. We would stay here again!

What I liked: The location is nice, you're on the peninsula, the room was clean, the bed was firm (I liked it my wife did not).
What I didn't like: OMG put some new carpet in the hallways already! Disgusting! $225.00 and no frig or microwave, no breakfast, no place nearby (that we could get into) that sells breakfast.

Thank your for staying at the Leelanau Sands Casino and Lodge. We appreciate your feedback and have been working on a renovation that is slated for early 2025 during our off season. As for breakfast the front desk staff can give suggestions around the peninsula, North, South or West.

Probably wouldnt book again
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsThe place was very dated. One trash can didnt even have a bag in it. We only booked because of the option of a casino on lodge property.. which we found out has no table games nor bingo Monday-Wednesday. Of course we booked for a Tuesday. So the inflated room rate due to the casino on property option was not worth it in my opinion. Staff were all VERY Friendly!

The room was clean but the carpets need cleaning. Older building that could be updated. Price was right.

Disappointing stay
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck in staff was rude. Carpets worn and dirty. Outdoor rec area was in disarray. Bedding was old. Still using bedspreads that likely are not launched are each use. Don’t stay here.
