Staff needs better training
Publié le 15 déc. 2018 sur HotelsOverall services is not too bad, but not up to Fairmont standard. The hotel is on the lake side with good scenery, but not convenient if you don't drive.

Great hotel
Publié le 29 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaWonderful experience, my only complaint was it seemed like we were there off-season or something. The outdoor pool and water recreation facilities were closed, not sure why. Everything else was great and I especially enjoyed some wonderful massages. I would definitely recommend.

The best hotel in Kunshan!! Location is a bit far from downtown so not so convenient for business trip but perfect for family trip, nice view of lake, service is excellent, food is perfect! nice fitness center & swimming pool, perfect sauna & jacuzzi! Wish they can add nice bar!
