The hotel is located in the ancient city of Suzhou city center, relatively close to the famous cultural and tourist attractions in Suzhou, not far from the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Lingering Garden, Pingjiang Road, Hanshan Temple, especially adjacent to the national AAAA-level Panmen Scenic Area. Overall its a beautiful property and highly recommend to visit the park behind during the day and when the lights are on. Breakfast was a good spread. Hotel room is okay keeping in mind that it is a slightly aged property.

Very very enjoy this place - the family suite room we had was excellent and it felt like we were living in a palace.
The staff was good helping us get cars and being attentive whenever we came to the lobby but they didn’t tell us about some of the perks like the night cruise and hanfu clothing which was a shame. We found out when we were checking out and walked past a sign.
