Publié le 30 sept. 2014 sur Hotels地點很棒,離東方之門地鐵站只要穿過公園2分鐘就到。整體裝潢溫暖有質感,特別喜愛房間木質地板木質百葉自動窗與6星級的床墊讓我一夜好眠。適合喝下午茶欣賞金雞湖,服務生素質不錯。

一点不愉快的经历
Publié le 23 avr. 2014 sur Hotels从硬件和软件上衡量是个很不错的酒店,至于性价比就见仁见智了。但唯一的不愉快是,登记入住的当天告知有早餐以及早餐的时间和地点,第二天一早父母去用餐时也确认可以进入早餐厅,刚准备吃的时候却备告知房价不含早餐。这个时候大家都很尴尬,所以我认为这个不愉快很影响心情。

Pour : I liked the small number of rooms about 90 which are lovely. Your food is just great and your staff in general were very helpful
Contre : Better training for staff on front desk. When you travel first class you expect first class service.
Emplacement : Lovely gardens associated with the hotel and fabulous view of the lake.
Love the Hotel really unique first class. When we went to check-in we found out we were on the first floor. This is not satisfactory. Also room was dark. The girl on the front desk called and spoke in Mandarin to the cleaning staff and told them to clean a room on the second floor .I not sure they were aware we understood Mandarin. Then there was no meal plan so she tried to upgrade our room. This room needed 45 minutes to be cleaned. this was 45 minutes after our first request to get the room cleaned on the second floor. As far I could see she was working on commission to get us to upgrade. Finally a young gentleman took over and straighten the mess out and did a great job of looking after us in your lovely hotel.
