Never again.
Posted Sep. 9, 2024 on HotelsUnpleasant odour in room. Duvet over sheet. Duvet used by previous occupants smelled of BO. Bathroom very cramped. Toilet and sink overflow dirty. Bed and pillows very hard, unable to sleep. Chairs badly stained. We regret wasting our Hotel.com rewards on this hotel. The photos advertising this hotel very deceptive.
Can’t fault staff.

鈴鹿サーキットで開催される自転車レースに参加する際、毎回利用しています。自転車宅配便の利用において、運送業者との代行対応もしてくれる上、届いた自転車を部屋に持ち込む事もできるため安心です。
近鉄の駅から徒歩圏内なのも助かります。
設備もきれいなので私のような利用方法でなくても満足できるのではと思います。
