Everything about the hotel was great apart from there not being any staff. I know it says that there are no staff but there is not anyone to even call if you have a question as the office is only 8-5 Monday- Friday.

Great value and really convenient
This is a great value. It's right near the Hurtigruten dock. There's a grocery store and many restaurants in walking distance.

FILTHY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Dirtiest hotel of my 3 weeks in Norway. Hair of previous occupant/s in bath towel, on the floor, in the bedsheet, in the bathtub - everywhere. Toilet bowl had stains. Did not look like they care about hygiene at all.

The water was very dirty, I could not take a shower because the water in the tap was yellow. And the air in the room was not clean, that room looked like it had been closed for a long time by the air. I did not feel comfortable and could not take a shower, the room was renovated but still the toilet was not very clean especially the bathtub and of course the dirty water bothered me a lot. I will not go back there and if I am offered to sleep for free.

Clean and comfortable room
The room was clean and comfortable. You get an access code on the day that expires on checkout day. This works well. Only complaint was the window blind that is too short to reach the bottom and so does not shut out the light.

Fair price (by Norway standards) for a fair room.
The following review is for the Fast Hotel on Austnestfjordgata... Held out here for a few rainy days. It has a hostel feel to it with a sufficient kitchen available. The free on-site laundry was a nice surprise. The room was comfortable with a microwave, small fridge and a kettle. NO TV's in the rooms.
