Friendly and accommodating reception. The superior cleanliness is has to be experienced. An exceptional property at which to stay.

This property was an excellent stay. The owner and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at this property again

A large gap around the door to our room meant a COLD draft of air (it was 2C overnight) came in all night. No doubt in summer hot air would do the same. Our room faced the street and it was very bright.
There was no morning "room make-up" service. Quality in name only - disappointing!

Well maintained, very pleasant staff, stocked mini bar even though this is something I wouldn't use, even had bickies for your cuppa. Bedding very comfortable. Very quiet couldn't hear any other guest, this will be my first choice when I stay in Swan Hill again.

Lovely clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Walking distance to the shops.

The best takeaway breakfast option. The lady that helped us was absolutely fantastic.
