Enjoy bucket-and-spade days at Swanage Beach (300 metres) and find more coastal splendour within a 7-mile stretch along Studland Bay. Scenic walking trails abound along the South West Coast Path (500 metres), which offers the best viewpoints for Old Harry Rocks and the Isle of Wight. Enjoy traditional days out at Swanage Pier (0.5 miles), where you’ll find welcoming places to eat and drink, as well as boat trips heading out along the coast. Board the heritage Swanage Railway (200 metres) for a scenic ride to Corfe Castle (5.5 miles) or enjoy the far-reaching views at Durlston Country Park (1.5 miles).

This leads through to the well-appointed kitchen where you’ll find all you need to cook up a coastal feast for your loved ones, as well as a ground-floor WC and access to the rear courtyard garden. At the end of each day away, climb the cottage stairs and choose from three sumptuous bedrooms. These spacious and comfortable rooms include a king-size bedroom, a welcoming double and cosy twin. A well-equipped family bathroom and a separate shower room complete the interior of this charming home.

Outside, to the rear of the cottage, step out into the peaceful courtyard garden. Enclosed and boasting outdoor furniture, this is the best spot to enjoy quiet coffees under the morning sun and al fresco meals on balmy evenings.
