Trip to Asheville

We had planned a trip to the Biltmore Estates and this house was in perfect distanced for us all. We will definitely keep this home in mind for any further trips. Thank you...you made our mother's 80th birthday a great memory!

Great house in a great neighborhood

Lovely "Nest" for a beautiful fall weekend!
Posted Oct. 31, 2023 on HomeAwayJust as described,The Nest proved to be an ideal location for us and another couple during our fabulous fall weekend near Asheville. Though we're often skeptical of "pet-friendly" properties being truly clean, this lovely home was, which we much appreciated.
It was the perfect size for all of us, and the very quiet neighborhood made for restful sleep each night. Communications with the property owner prior to our visit were efficient and prompt. Thank you for a delightful stay!
We hope to return soon and certainly will recommend to others.

Great property but…
Posted Jul. 22, 2023 on HomeAwaySuper cute neighborhood and a nice set up. Our experience was the beds were not comfortable and there were lots of ants. We were looking for a place to lay our heads and this worked but no one woke up refreshed.

Jeff, Thank you for choosing the Nest for your visit to Asheville. I inquired with the cleaning service and they stated that they did not see any ants prior to or after your stay. However, if food is left out or had crumbs on the floor during your stay I suppose it is a possibility. If you saw something during your stay I wish you would have let me know about it or provide a picture as I would have been happy to look at the situation. But I heard nothing from you so I am surprised to see your comment. I hope you were able to enjoy the home including the new furniture, the mountain views from the porch, the close proximity to the Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, breweries, downtown, hiking, Black Mountain, etc. Best regards, Francie

Great Little House
