Thanks for your review, we are sorry you didnt have an enjoyable stay. Just a few notes on your points, there are 2 hot tubs at the property that were both in use, the shared one which was available is wood fired and could have been heated on request, the one for the cabin was working, just not heated before you arrived, which could have been arranged on request. It being end of December they are just not kept on at all times. The shower was working fine, if you had mentioned it whilst there we could have shown you what you were doing wrong. It does actually say in the write up that the bathroom is ensuite, however it is being modified in 2023 to a new layout. It also says that a DVD player is available on request, you asked for it and it was supplied. Unfortunatly the greasy utensils were missed due to the final check over was missed as you checked in a few hours early. If you are having any issues whilst staying at the properties, if you notify us whilst you are there we are readily available to assist. Kind regards Stay Gower
