The hotel was nice, but the checkin was quite a pain. I booked via expedia.fr and within a few hours they send le an email since they didnt ubderstood sole french. So i specifically told them i booked a "2 single beds" room. When i arrived with my colleague, they gave us a "1 double bed" room. We went back to the lobby and happily changed the room. Again, it was a "1 double bed" room... So we wemt back and they didnt found another room. So they suggested that one of us sleep on the sofa. I m not sure irs quite professional to propose this to resolve the issue. So we separated the double bed and asked for a second mattress cover and blanket, and they happily gave them to us. They gave us, thats all. So here we are, at 11pm on a Sunday, after a long trip, separating the beds and doing our own beds in the hotel... I m not sure I would call that a good service. Except that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable, but if I book something, I expect to have it and I expect the hotel to resolve the issue in a proper way rather than proposing the sofa or letting the clients do their bed...

séjour peu reposant

Beaucoup de mouvements dans l'hôtel du fait probablement des activités. Insonorisation médiocre, les murs bougent quand quelqu'un ferme une porte. J'étais à proximité de l'ascenseur et des escaliers, c'était horrible...

Tip-top

Tout est bien, sauf peut être la location un peu à l'extérieur de la ville, dans un nouveau quartier. Sinon les chambres sont top, avec une énorme télé. Le service, le petit déjeuner, la piscine avec sauna et hammam, sont aussi tip top

Great check'in, girls on the desk very chatty, informative and fun. Room was excellent. Would have liked blinds/net curtain/privacy glass on main window..even if just lower half. Fanrastic bed. Lovely pool/leisure club facilities.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d read some of the trip advisor reviews before arriving so my expectations were properly set. The room was fine. Beds were really comfy but we’re on wheels and had a mind of their own. I fell over more than once because I lent or tried to sit on the bed and it moved! There were some marks on the back of the bathroom door and next to the loo roll holder that probably could have come off with a wipe if the place had been cleaned properly. Windows were a bit dirty. TV Ariel wasn’t plugged initially but worked that out myself pretty quick. One of the lights in the room we couldn’t get to work no matter what combination of switches we tried. Nothing that ruined our stay though. The staff were friendly and welcoming, reasonably priced 3 star hotel, perfect for a night stay when visiting Swansea for the an event at the area. Breakfast was good. Only slight let down was some below standard cleaning and snagging in the room certainly not the end of the world, suited us for the purpose of our stay. Wouldn’t book here for a romantic weekend, perfect for a city break, or attending a wedding or event.
