Great time at the lake

Waking up to the lake, and sitting in the Adirondack chairs in the evening was bliss. Went kayaking with the equipment. The house was spectacularly clean. We didn’t want to leave.

Great place on the lake, even in winter!
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed in this house because of it's close proximity to family during the holidays, but it ended up being such a great find that we hope to stay in again!
The house uses space very well, the kitchen is spacious and I found everything I needed to do baking and cooking. We loved the room that looked out on the lake with big sliding doors. One thing to note is that one bedroom, with the King sized bed, is down in a refinished area of the basement, so it does require lots of up and down a steep set of stairs. There's a big driveway and lots of lawn space, including a fire pit and chairs, it looks like it'd be a really nice place to stay in the summer! But we really enjoyed it even in the winter. it was nice and warm and cozy, and has a great gas fireplace that throws a ton of heat!
The host was extremely fast to respond with any questions I had! Would definitely recommend.
