What a view!

Perfect fit
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage is incredibly large indoors with a stunning view of the lake from the family room. Everything you needed for meal prep was in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. The cottage sits in a rural area with excellent easy hiking trails nearby. We took a quick jaunt to Quebec (15 minutes away) for lunch and spent a great day at the Shelburne Museum in Burlington. Just a reminder:"beaches" in this part of the world are rock, not sand.

Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI was disappointed that there was no dock and the water was difficult to get to. My granddaughter was so looking forward to playing in the water. Plus all the outdoor equipment (canoe, etc) were in a garage under the house and difficult to get to. Not as advertised

Big location within the home, unfortunately this Property had issues with big and Cobwebs all over the place inside and outside! They really need a cleaning of Webs ASAP. The beach area is over grown with weeds and bushes everywhere. The water was good for Kayaking, definitely don’t recommend you swim in the water ! Bring food prior to getting across the bring to Vermont!

Thank you for the feedback, Wilfredo. The house is cleaned weekly, but the spiders can be a real challenge this time of year. We called in support and had it sprayed and deep cleaned to address your comments.
With regard to the beach, because of the floods this year, the lake level is unusually high, and the main beach area is under water.

Gorgeous view
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I fell in love with the balcony view!! Very relaxing and peaceful. The house is quite spacious, which was good for our large dog to roam around. We luckily had a week of good weather and went kayaking almost every day. Everything was nice and clean and well stocked as well.
