We enjoyed our stay-home was as advertised. We just didn’t realize it would be a 20 minute drive to get to everything!

We deeply apologize for the unwanted critters you experienced during your stay. Our local staff did offer to professionally treat the home and when not able, attempted to provide many other avenues to rid the home from pests. We regret that these measures were not effective and that this detracted from your vacation experience. Please know that this has been forwarded to our local operations manager to avoid future complaints. We do hope we will have another chance to host your stay next time.

Honest Opinion!

House was nice there were issues but I won’t write them on the review. I let the owner know and hopefully that get resolve they stated they would refund me and I’m still waiting for that to happen. Other than that I would give the house a 3. Definitely in a secluded part of deep creek. But the outside needs to be cleaned up with a deep clean there are webs everywhere which makes you not even want to go outside. The hot tub we didn’t use didn’t look to be cleaned.

Golden A Frame

Pictures of the property mislead me. I’ll own that. We’re a mature couple And we had higher expectations for the furniture comfort (couches and beds). Worst aspect was the beds. Mattresses were sponge material. You sink into the bed and it was an affront to change position or even roll over on this mattress. We opted to leave early rather than attempt a 2nd night sleeping in the sponge. All that being said … if a young family rented this home, I’m thinking it may be a home run.

Nice getaway

The cabin was small but had everything we needed for a nice weekend. We had some trouble with the code and not being able to re-enter the property but the property management team worked with me to get us in. They were very helpful and I appreciate their patience and knowledge of working through the issue as I was a little stressed about it. We played the games in the lower level. My dog was afraid to use the spiral stairs so we didn’t utilize the upper level and took our pup to the lower level from the outside. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware. We also enjoyed the hot tub and cooked some hot dogs on the grill. We had a nice time here.
