Beautiful rooms in a former palace. The grounds and buildings are lovely. The service is very good. The breakfast buffet is not as good as similar hotels in larger cities, but still very good. The a la carte menu is better than the evening dinner buffet. Over all, a great experience.

YOU WILL JUST HAVE A RESPONSE AS "YES" FOR EVERYTHING.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEW COUPLES FOR A PEACEFUL QUALITY TIME WITH BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT AND SUCH FRIENDLY PEOPLE AROUND.

Staff was very curteous and welcoming. Never gave us a reason to complain. We were upgraded when the hotel got to know of our discontent with the room. Its an old property and I agree it needs to be preserved but Serena must work on the ameneties and the overall condition of rooms and the bathrooms. Due to high traffic congestion in the area, it might not be the ideal place to stay if you intend to explore swat.

Hotel is very centrally located, is a historical building dating back to early years of Pakistan. Building is Old but well kept. Staff is very friendly and service is courteous. The only thing requires change is the Tvs which I guess they are working on. Breakfast is nice has a lot of variety. Will visit again for sure.
