Decent stay
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed here for one night in a handicapped accessible room. The room was quite large, but a little devoid of furniture. Typically Hampton Inn's handicapped rooms have a sort of bench to put items on. This one did not have it. Just a desk, chair, TV chest, and a fridge/microwave chest. Room was also noisy (not entirely surprising being next to the freeway) and the bed did not meet Hampton Inn's usual comfort standard. Staff was VERY helpful, I was traveling with my mom and she had a small emergency that required EMS. It was a quick fix, but I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff in helping us.

I reserved two rooms for
my kids and received confirmation on both to check in on Saturday 8/3 leaving 8/4. One room was easy to check into and the other one (for my son, wife and kids) was not honored because they said it was booked through a 3rd party. It was a major headache for me and my son’s family. Doesn’t make since because we had the confirmation on both rooms. MAKE SURE I AM NOT CHARGED TWICE

Would have rated higher but they claim rooms have queen beds but i assure u they are not queen size. They are doubles!
