Requested with reservation, first floor and assessable for my husbands needs-got neither. Got the 3rd (top) floor and far away from the elevator. The room and beds were ok but the bathroom needs new grout (very moldy) and the floor tile was just old, worn out and dirty looking. The toilet was very low and difficult for my husband. I didn’t eat breakfast but my husband said it was good. We stayed one night.

We were not notified that the pool was out of service when we booked our reservation. Very Disappointing.

Room was fine but the bed was hard as a rock and the carpet was dirty looking. Other than that it was a ok place to stay.

Would stay again but needs some room touchups.
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HotelsRoom was very large for 2 adults & our 3 sons. 2 queens beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was needing to be replaced. Bathroom needed attention. Shower head needed replaced. Walls needed repaired and painted. Breakfast options were excellent.

The staff was great. Christine was so nice and helpful. We had an issues at check in with the room we were given, but she fixed it immediately. The room was in need of repair and it smelled like wet carpet, but the beds were comfortable and it was convenient.

The room smelled of mold/mildew. The shower was not clean it had other people’s hair in it. The hotel itself is dated. The pool was closed but was not mentioned on site. And sadly the pancake machine was broken :(
