I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower).

انت شفت الخدمة رائعة وممتازة واطلاق البوفيه ممتازة
ولكن نظافة المسابح متوسطة بحاجة لعناية اكثر
والحمام بحاجة لعناية اكتر لوجود خلل في تصريف مياه الشور .

We are a family of 4, booked the executive suite with sea view, highly recommended. The receptionist was very kind to give a late check out until 3pm. The hotel is great, some parts are wear and tear but value for money I’d definitely reccomend. The private beach to the dead sea is awesome.
