Clean well equipped place. Along to main road so there will be some road noise.

Stayed with my family, we liked it and I would say above average/good (Not Excellent) as there are few things needs attention and fixed:
Very uncomfortable sofa bed (uneven steel frame), wobbly toilet seat and broken chester drawer panel.
Otherwise we can't complain the apartment or the area. Thanks

Clean and spacious accommodation

The house was very cold when we arrived. It took almost 4 hours to heat up. Flush in the toilet was not working. We had to ask twice to get it fixed. Out of 2 nights we stayed, we had to stay without flush for one night.

Mr Patro and his family didn’t understand how to flush the loo. We had a plumber out to them within 30 minutes of them raising the issue. The plumber found everything to be in order and personally showed Dwarika how to flush the loo. The same day he raised the same issue, again we had a plumber out, who again found now issue with the loo. With regard to the heating, this is factually incorrect, all one needs to do is look at past reviews. Our heating system heats the flat in under half an hour.

Only three chair for 4person, duvet is not clean, sofa bed not small & comfortable, washbasin clogged

We stayed for 2 nights. Overall it was great. The property was in great condition, very clean. The only issue is that the property is very close to the street, and the windows are not sound-proof. In the living room, it is a bit noisy during the night. Apart from that, everything is great.
