This house is nothing less than a true pearl of a house, situated so that you have a magnificent view of the water and behind the house you can look out over the fertile fields. Here you will truly find peace and quiet. The nice town of Sønderborg is not far away, there are historic buildings, such as Dybbøl Mølle and Sønderborg Castle, to visit and some good stores to stroll around. Also visit the cozy harbor. Near the house is the adventure park Danfoss Universe, here the time flies by and at the same time you learn a lot of interesting things about nature and technology.

Falsche Angaben zu Hausdetails durch Besitzer/ Unübliche Abrechnung

Anders als angegeben war die Unterkunft nicht hundefreundlich. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer durften durch die Hunde nicht betreten werden. Im Haus befinden sich entsprechende Verbotsschilder. Bereits bei der Begrüßung durch den Besitzer wurde eine Liste von Einschränkungen und Bedingungen geteilt. Zum einen das Hundeverbot in fast allen Räumen und zum anderen Angaben zur Endreinigung ohne zur Verfügungstellung von Reinigungsmitteln. Die Stromabrechnung, Wasserabrechnung und die Endreinigung wurden ohne Ausgabe der Quittung in bar verlangt. Das Verfahren ist recht unüblich, wenn durch einen Drittanbieter gebucht, dazu ohne Beleg und Barzahlung. Weiterhin hat der Besitzer Verschmutzungen bemängelt, die nicht auf uns zurückzuführen sind (Ofen, dessen Bleche schon seit längerem nicht gereinigt wurden) und vollzog eine recht demütigende Abnahme, die mir so in 20 Jahren und Ferienhausmiete in 30+ Objekten noch nicht passiert ist. Er bestand auf eine Bezahlung der Endreinigung. Das Haus ist durch die mangelnde Beheizung (Elektrisch) anfällig für Feuchtigkeit und sichtbaren Schimmel, besonders in Bad und Schlafzimmern.
