Hi there,Thanks so much for the feedback following on from your stay with us recently.My apologies to hear the room was a little small for your needs. We have a selection of rooms available, named in accordance with their size, and all room sizes can be located on Expedia's website also. Whilst our Small rooms are intimate spaces, with a maximum size of 19sqm, these are perfect for a short stay and typically recommended for 1 person. I do hope that outside of this, you enjoyed your time with us. We’ve stayed at many Ace hotels and will continue to - but the room I was assigned this time was terrible. The room itself was fine, but it was directly under the kitchen of Kiln and it is extremely loud. I was awake until 12:30 when the final clean down was done and staff had left. That room should not be used unless a last resort and definitely should make the person staying aware of noise

Very clean and situated in a quiet area with great dining options within the hotel and lots of other dining options close by.

A work desk is standard in all Medium Plus, Large and Suites, and on request in our Small, Accessible and Medium Rooms.Our Reception team are always on hand to assist if ever needed. A great stay in Sydney, the cocktail bar and restaurant on the top floor is amazing!
